How do we speak transformation?

All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church is dedicated to nurturing the possibilities inherent in each person, the connections that sustain its communities through good times and bad, and the potential for transformation of each person and the world.

To help them communicate these commitments across a range of channels, we conducted a communications audit and interview process to ensure their communications were authentic and effective.

In this way, they were able to determine:

• how to communicate to their own community

• what they wanted to say, how to say it, and to whom

We delivered an analysis of current communications and a plan for a system of communications moving forward.
