This isn’t just the question for Flight Path as an organization; it’s the question that they help the young dancers they serve answer in their own careers. Unlike most professionals, dancers have a very short window to turn their talent into a sustainable lifetime endeavor. They have to literally hit the ground running with people skills and practical knowledge to move past a successful season or two.

We worked with Flight Path to consider how to bring all of the tools they give their students into their own approach. Their challenge: turning the brilliant vision of a seasoned professional into a full scale, financially stable enterprise.
