Our team worked with this congregation from 2020 through 2024. In our four years of collaboration, they have undergone a cultural shift in providing transparency around giving and the culture around confidentiality in pledges Now, as they have successfully called a new rector, their congregation is ready to implement a year-round stewardship model that will allow formation and education throughout the year.
