Founded in 2015, Allies in Arts supports women, BIPOC, and queer artists in all mediums through education, grants, exhibitions, and partnerships. Our team provided one-on-one consulting with the Executive Director of Allies in Arts, working to uncover the stories, structure and hidden potential for making meaningful change in this start-up nonprofit.

Together we:

• articulated money narratives and the role of money in the organization

• reviewed and realigned the organizational structure to support its vision

• mapped out key changes to set Allies in Arts up for success
