Aaron Rogers

Aaron Rogers is an Episcopal priest, nonprofit leader, and development professional based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Aaron received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University, a Master of Divinity Degree from Eden Theological Seminary, and a Diploma in Anglican Studies from Virginia Theological Seminary. He studied Public Administration at Rutgers University and received a certificate in nonprofit leadership from the Institute and Ethical Leadership at the Rutgers Business School.

With decades of nonprofit experience, Aaron has served churches, foundations, and community organizations in leadership and organizational development. He is 2023 Trinity Wall Street Leadership Fellow. and a graduate of the Leader's Way Fellowship Program at the Berkeley Divinity School at Yale.

Aaron has served churches in Missouri, Illinois, New York and New Jersey, Aaron currently serves as Missioner for Black Ministries in the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio and serves as primary faculty for Project Resource, a national training on stewardship in the Episcopal Church. Aaron is passionate about innovative stewardship, racial equity, and creating thriving organizations.
