Leslie dela Vega

Leslie dela Vega picked up her first camera at the age of 6. Born and raised in California, she had exceptionally beautiful and expressive natural backdrops and was able to experience a very diverse range of subjects and environments.

After graduating from San Francisco State University with a degree in photography, she moved to New York City to pursue her career. She was fortunate enough to land an internship at Vibe Magazine, which gave her the opportunity to start her portraiture work photographing Snoop Dog, Jewel, Method Man and Quincy Jones. From there, she worked at various publications such as Fortune, Time Magazine, Essence, Fast Company, The New York Times and OZY Media. She had the incredible opportunity to serve as the Digital Director of Photography for Rolling Stone Magazine. At Rolling Stone, her work varied from spending an afternoon backstage with Ed Sheeran at Global Citizen, a day with Manny Pacquiao as he trained for his big fight with Floyd Mayweather, The Allman brothers in concert and more. Currently she works as the Director of Visuals at

Two of Leslie's greatest passions are portraiture and documentary photography. She is happiest behind the camera. She loves capturing the small and large details, the moments that never come again, and people at their best. As a photographer and social media planner she joins Vandersall Collective to capture these moments for our clients.
