Erin has worked as a consultant with Vandersall Collective since 2017. Previously, Erin served as the Senior Program Director of Strategic Resources at the Episcopal Church Foundation from 2009-2018, working with parishes on annual and planned giving and successful capital campaigns. She currently also serves as Primary Faculty of Project Resource, an annual, national training program on stewardship.
Erin has facilitated national and regional workshops, preached in congregations across denominations, provided plenaries and workshops at conferences, and led church leadership retreats. She enjoys giving webinars on annual giving, volunteer engagement, generational giving characteristics, and debt retirement. At ECF, she served as lead on a creative team to develop a diagnostic assessment tool for congregations in determining where to strategically begin utilizing resources in the area of leadership, finance, and vision/planning.
Erin spends a great deal of time thinking about what keeps faith communities healthy and sustainable. Erin worked as a grants officer at Trinity Wall Street in New York City from 2009-2013. Prior to Trinity Wall Street, she worked at the General Theological Seminary and also previously served as missionary of the Episcopal Church. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University. She is a member of St. John the Evangelist Church in St. Paul, MN.
